Account Executive Pharma Industry for ProData Consult         


We are looking for an Account Executive with a proven track record of delivering Business and IT Consultants to the Pharma industry. 


The primary function as an Account Executive is to help clients with their IT by delivering consultants to clients. In this role you will take over an existing client (top5) but also open and maintain new clients.  
 

The overall role will include, but not limited to: 

  • Sales within IT Consultancy to clients locally in Denmark (Servicing large accounts and complex clients)  
  • Receive requests for consultants from clients and receive consultants from Sourcing team and ensure a good match, negotiate rates, attend interviews and finalize contracts    
  • Sell our Nearshoring and other Services  
  • Build relations with clients and consultants  
  • Negotiate with Clients and Consultants regarding rates, contracts etc.  
  • Participate in Tenders and offers; RFP, RFQ, RFI, EU-Tender, etc. together with Bid Manager.   
  • Manage sales processes and sales KPI’s   
  • Maintaining a collaborative attitude towards your colleagues in the team while striving to reach personal targets is essential for success in this role 
  • Work in an international environment and communicating professionally in English and Danish    

 

Your profile besides from other great qualities: 

  • Extensive IT sales experience (5+ years) and a demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual quota and performance targets 
  • The ability to manage complex sales cycles 
  • Experience selling to IT stakeholders  
  • Highly structured mindset and account planning skills 
  • Self-driven sales professional with high integrity, reliability and a strong Client Focus. 
  • Analytical mind-set when talking to clients, along with being detail-oriented, independent and take initiative 
  • Competitive in a healthy and honest way, persistently and result-driven 
  • A natural authority, to act and be able to approach clients on any level also the largest clients on highest CXO levels. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and easy to get along with - a “glimpse in the eye” combined with a warm humour is appreciated  
  • High energy and attention to detail 
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent – we do however value results and proven track record over education
