Iron Pump is a leading provider of quality pumps for the marine industry worldwide. The company is rapidly growing and is therefore seeking an Inside Aftermarket Sales Representative for the headquarter in Søborg.


About the job:


You will be part of an environment with approximately 100 employees, including seven sales representatives at our office in China, with whom you will closely collaborate.

You will have extensive contact with both Danish and international customers as well as a broad network of agents. Your daily routine will be characterized by busyness and a continuous flow of customer inquiries.


Your primary tasks will include:


  • Preparing offers and responding to customer inquiries
  • Order processing in SAP and internal follow-up
  • Continuous follow-up with customers on spare parts orders and pump orders
  • Providing technical assistance to customers including needs clarification


You will contribute to the development of Iron Pump's aftermarket. We work with digital solutions and platforms that will in the future streamline and target our workflows so that we can better serve our customers and integrate new sales and aftermarket closely together.


About you:


We imagine that you:


  • Have several years of experience in spare parts sales from a similar position, preferably within the marine/offshore industry or the energy sector. Knowledge of the pump industry or the machinery industry would be an advantage.
  • Are familiar with internal sales work for export and enjoy communicating with customers from around the world.
  • Have experience with IT and familiarity with SAP or another ERP system.
  • Are sales and service-oriented, open, and outgoing by nature.
  • Are goal-oriented, persistent, and follow up diligently.
  • Are structured, detail-oriented, and good with numbers.
  • Have good teamwork skills, are flexible, and helpful.
  • Have technical flair.
  • Are proficient in languages, at least Danish and English.
